From Seed

We begin with tiny seed and raise our Haven Gold oysters completely in-house using unique local skills and resources.

Triploids

Our oysters are non-spawning Crassostrea Virginica triploids, so Haven Golds are reliably plump and tender, and ship at the peak of flavor.

High Touch

We’re on and in the water almost daily, handling our Haven Golds throughout their growth cycle to ensure consistent quality.

Great Taste

The results are a beautifully rounded, smooth lipped, deep cupped oyster with buttery tenderness and a delightful salty kiss.
