Ingredients
- 12 fresh oysters, shucked
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup rich butter sauce
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a skillet, melt half of the rich butter sauce and sauté the onions and garlic until translucent.
