Perishable Return Policy

Returns - We cannot except returns of perishable product.   We include a temp strip in every perishable shipment that records the temp of the product and indicates if the temp went above 50 degrees for 4 hours.   Immediately upon arrival check your shipment and communicate to us if the indicator shows that it exceeds that 4 hour threshold.   You can contact us at support@3handsoystercompany.com or by calling (804) 220-0112.  

Perishable Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged, late, missing an item or does not arrive at all email us immediately at support@3handsoystercompany.com or call us (804) 220-0112.  If you purchased order protection we will ask that you file a claim.  We will immediately file the claim and give you the consumer the choice to refund or reship.  We handle the claim from here.  Remember the claim works on a time schedule - you cannot file a claim 3 days after your order arrives.   

If you did not purchase order protection email or call immediately so we can resolve your situation as quickly as possible with a refund, credit or re-shipment.   

Non Perishable Refund and Return Policy

If you purchase any non perishable item from 3 Hands Oyster Company and it arrives defective, please reach out to us at support@3handsoystercompany.com or by calling (804) 220-0112 and we will resolve your issue.
