3 Hands Oyster Company uses UPS & FEDEX as our preferred shipper.
UPS Shipping Services that we utilize:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
FEDEX Shipping Services that we utilize:
- FedEx Home Delivery
- FedEx Ground
- FedEx 2Day
- FedEx Standard Overnight
Our order cutoff time is 10:00 a.m. for same-day delivery
Delivery date: We ask for the delivery date at checkout. Please fill this out. If you do not, we will have to guess when to ship your order.
Order protection: We have invested heavily in insurance protection, so in the event something happens in shipment we can quickly resolve the issue. Read about how our order protection works.
Packaging: Your perishable order will arrive in a corrugated box with a 1.5-inch insulated liner. Within the liner there will be a poly bag with gel packs, a temp strip, product, and shell stock tag with harvest info if ordering shell oysters. The liner and corrugated box are curbside recyclable.
Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive a tracking number via our system.
We do not ship to California, Alaska, or Hawaii. We do ship to the remaining continental United States.
In months where we experience extremely hot temperatures we will remove the 2-day shipping option.
