Ingredients

1 quart fresh shucked select oysters
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Oil for frying
Directions
In a bowl, combine panko, salt, and paprika. Mix well and set aside.
- Pour buttermilk into another bowl.
- Dredge each oyster in buttermilk, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Transfer the coated oyster to the panko mixture, pressing gently to adhere the breadcrumbs.
Heat Oil in Pan or Fry Daddy.
Place Oysters in batches into hot oil. Montior for 2-3 minutes until light golden brown.
Place Oysters on paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve with Cocktail Sause
