We had an issue with the shipping of the first order. 3hands upgraded the ice packs and shipped out a replacement. The oysters were delicious!
Recipe: Sprinkle a dash of cayenne powder on the shucked oyster. Then add shredded parm, 1/3 pat of unsalted butter, quick sprinkle of garlic powder, and top with choooed fresh parsley. Cook in air fryer on high for 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly brown. The oysters should be hot but still not fully cooked. Enjoy!
While these oysters weren’t for me but my wife’s birthday, I ordered them to arrive on Thursday the 13th. They arrived at the upside station in Middletown, Pa early that morning. That ups office is less than 45 minutes from my house and even with that the oysters didn’t arrive until almost 7:00 pm on the 14th. I know this isn’t your issue as much as it was ups. The oysters seemed in good shape although the ice packs had thawed. I didn’t read the back of the instruction sheet you sent showing a temperature tape was supposedly inside the box somewhere. I didn’t notice it but even by the time the empty box was in our garage for many hours so surely would show well over 50 degrees. She has completely enjoyed them ( me shucking them not so much!! lol). The shells were hard to pop open without the shells cracking or splintering as I worked them. Still, they were big and juicy. If we decide to order oysters again you will definitely be the place we go to!!
UPS didn't bring my Oysters to my house as I instructed to, left them in a dropbox in 100' Florida heat, and ended up having 100 bad Oysters! 3 Hands is replacing the order.
The oysters were great! They were different from others when it comes to ease of opening. But I soon realized you have to have the right oyster knife!!
Thanks again for your delicious products.
The oysters were phenomenal, it was my first time even trying them. I did order the island hot sauce unfortunately it did not come with order. I reached out to the website but have not heard anything back
These oysters were so fresh they refused to open! They arrived on time and in cold condition ready to eat which is what I did. I ate some raw, I fried some and I steamed some too. I can buy oysters locally but I don't trust them. These oysters I trust and will be ordering more real soon.
3 hands oysters were the best I've had. I've ordered from other suppliers and yours were superior in taste texture and cleanliness. Will order again. Thanks. Gary Gaulrapp
Oysters were delivered on time and delicious, and I thought the shipping charge was reasonable, not inflated. The oysters were full of brine and in the entire batch, only one was dry (and 3 Hands actually sent 51 oysters, not the 50 ordered so the one dry one doesn't count!). The oysters were also a good size, which I prefer. I would definitely order from 3 Hands again.
I was halfway through the oysters when we noticed skinny little worms about a half inch in length wriggling on the plate..needless to say we couldn’t eat anymore. This was the first time I’ve ever experienced that.
This was a fantastic experience!! I ordered the oysters on a Tuesday and they arrived Friday fresh, ready to eat and delicious!! Customer service has been excellent!! Highly, highly recommend giving them a try and ordering a batch of oysters! You won’t be disappointed!!
To be clear, the oysters were shipped via FedEx, 2 day. They were cold, with the ice packs still 1/3 frozen. We made Rockefeller with fresh spinach, oyster pie and ate most of them on the half shell; all wonderful!
