We are proud to offer Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes by J&W Seafood.  Since 1982 J&W has produced the finest Chesapeake Bay Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes made in Deltaville, Virginia on the Chesapeake Bay.  

Ingredients include:  Crabmeat, eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, panko bread crumbs, cornflakes and spices

Cooking Instructions

Cooking instructions - J&W Lump crab cakes

Preheat oven and Bake at 350* for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Broil on low for 5 minutes, flip over the crab cake and broil for 3 minutes. Watch closely, you do not want the crab cake to burn.

Pan fry on medium-high heat:
Add 1 TBL of butter, melt the butter, flatten the crab cake and add to the pan.
Cook on one side 3-4 minutes and flip over the crab cake and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
