1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (approximately 400°F.
Carefully shuck the oysters, leaving each oyster in the deeper half shell. Arrange them on a grill-safe tray or directly on the grill grates if stable.
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
Spoon approximately one teaspoon of garlic butter onto each oyster.
Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese evenly over each oyster.
Grill for 6-8 minutes, or until the butter is bubbling and the cheese begins to brown lightly.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
